We strengthen citizen participation and the political advocacy of young people leaving the protection system.
The Advocacy and Participation Program develops actions that involve key actors and decision-makers in building strategies that contribute to transforming alternative care, preventing family separation, and promoting progressive autonomy. It also carries out research that provides input to guide clear action on these three fronts.
As an organization of care leavers, since 2019 we have been proposing the design and promotion of a bill that establishes a comprehensive accompaniment program for youth approaching exit from the system and guarantees minimum standards for those who have already left it.
