Employment and Entrepreneurship Promotion

The program develops a pilot model, testable and replicable, to promote job capabilities and skills and strengthen the employability and labor market entry of adolescents and youth leaving or who have left Colombia's state protection system.

Through a training process that recognizes their specific needs and disadvantages relative to the general youth population, we aim to help them overcome the social, educational, and attitudinal gaps left by years of institutionalization, social isolation, and family separation.

Generate training and job linkage strategies for adolescents and youth without parental care, enabling them to find dignified employment for their life project.
